Description


This training course aims to give trainees knowledge, understanding and basic skills on improving the fertility of soils with an emphasis on organic matter and soil biota. The length of training may vary depending on the objectives covered, the ratio of trainee/instructor and the ability and previous experience of the trainees. The delivery of training is theory based and is delivered as a workshop discussion which has been awarded 10 BASIS points. This project has been supported by the Rural Development Programme for England (RDPE) for which Defra is the managing authority, part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development: Europe investing in rural areas.
